The Process
Customer places order
The customer can place an order by calling us on on 069 047 3160 or by emailing info@krummelandcrunch.co.za. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible.
Liase with customer
We will liase with the customer to ensure we are all on the same page with the order. We will quote accordingly and send invoice for payment.
Payment confirms order
Very important, order is only confirmed once customer makes payment. No payment = no order. No exceptions whatsoever.
Bake & Collect
All orders require a minimum of 4 Days lead time (depending on the size of the order). Once the order is ready for collection we will notify the customer. PS Remember, all items are freshly made on order.
From Butter biscuits to Ginger biscuits with white choc drizzle, not to mention our choc and cherry biscuits which are to die for.
Did someone say fancys? Yes, we make royal icing fancy biscuits as well...

You send the design / idea you have in mind and we will do our best to get it as close as possible to the provided design / idea you have sent to us.
Royal Icing Fancy Biscuits must be ordered and paid at least 10 days before collection date.
